After a strong qualifying run, Chip and Dave – who stepped into the co-driver’s seat for an injured Brad – headed to the start line with the first half of the pack. They made several passes during the lap one, making good time before they came into main pit to change a drive shaft before heading out for the second lap. As they hit the harder rock sections in laps two and three, they cruised through with only a few small issues. They finished the hardest King of the Hammers to date in just under 10 hours, coming in at No. 19!
